Answers the phone, 24/7
It picks up when you can’t, and it takes several calls at once.
AI receptionist · virtual receptionist · AI phone answering
Our AI receptionist is an AI voice agent that speaks Hungarian and 20 more languages. It books straight into your calendar, takes messages and only puts the important calls through. For clinics, offices, salons and guesthouses. Call it a virtual receptionist if you like. What matters is that no call gets lost.
We design it, build it, connect it to your calendar and phone number, and run it. You keep working, and calls stop slipping through.
Try it on our demo site now (in Hungarian), after a quick sign-up · It introduces itself as AI on every call · You keep your existing number
Sound familiar?
“There’s a patient in the chair.”
It rings out, nobody answers, and the caller tries the next practice.
“Nobody’s there in the evening or on weekends.”
Yet that’s when a lot of people have time to book.
“They ask the same thing a hundred times.”
Opening hours, prices, parking, cancellations: part of every day goes on this.
What it does
It picks up when you can’t, and it takes several calls at once.
It sees the open slots in your calendar and books right into it.
Opening hours, prices, directions, how to prepare: only from what you gave it.
Who called, what they wanted, when to call back, in an email summary.
It hands over to a person when it’s urgent or when asked, and handles the rest.
A natural conversation, not “press one for…”.
One call, start to finish
by forwarding or porting
and works out what the caller wants
in your calendar, from your content
by your rules
by email or in your CRM
Who it’s for
Booking and cancellations even while you’re with a patient, and an immediate handover for urgent complaints. It doesn’t give medical advice.
AI phone receptionist for practices →It books, reschedules and manages the waiting list while you’re with a client.
AI receptionist for salons →It pre-screens: who, what about and how urgent, then books a meeting. It doesn’t give legal or tax advice.
Let’s talk it through →Pre-screening applicants and answering the common questions. A system like this runs live at Kardos Lovasiskola, a riding school.
Customers →Integrations
We connect it to your calendar or booking system, your CRM and your phone number. You keep your existing number, by forwarding or porting.
For practice and booking software, we check the integration before we quote, and we only commit to what actually works.
Comparison
| Criteria | Voicemail | Live receptionist | AI receptionist |
|---|---|---|---|
| When is it available? | always, but it only records | office hours, one call at a time | 24/7, several calls at once |
| Does it book appointments? | no | yes | yes, into your calendar |
| Complex or sensitive calls | can’t handle them | best at these | hands them to a person |
| What it costs | next to nothing | salary, plus covering absences | one-time setup + monthly fee |
| Who it’s for | few calls | when you need someone in person | lots of calls, little time |
The two work well together: the AI receptionist takes the repeat calls and the evenings, your colleague handles the personal ones.
You don’t get a virtual receptionist app you have to set up yourself. We build it, connect it and run it: we measure the calls, fix the answers, and keep prices and opening hours up to date. Every month you see in numbers how many calls it took, what it booked and what it passed on.
All we need from you
access to your calendar and phone, your common questions and prices, and someone who signs off on how the receptionist talks
It introduces itself as AI
At the start of every call, as the EU AI Act requires. Callers know who they’re talking to.
It only answers from what you gave it
When it doesn’t know, it doesn’t guess: it takes a message or puts the call through.
Data protection
We store the customer database in the EU. Call voice processing and conversation storage run at sub-processors outside the EU, with the required safeguards (DPF or SCC); the full list is in our privacy notice and in the contract annex.
Pricing
It’s a one-time setup plus a monthly fee. Setup covers everything it takes to go live, including the calendar and phone integration. The monthly fee covers your included minutes, operations, the monthly report and support.
FAQ

The caller says what they need. The AI receptionist checks the open slots in your calendar, offers two or three and books the one they pick. You get an email summary, the caller gets a confirmation.
Yes. It introduces itself as an AI assistant at the start of every call, as the EU AI Act requires.

It asks again. If that doesn’t work, it takes a message or hands over to a person. Before go-live we test it with your questions, and after that we measure and fix it every month.
For a simple process, usually 2–4 weeks to the first live call. With calendar and system integrations, usually 4–6 weeks. It also depends on how quickly we get the content and access we need.
